Meet Our Founder
Principal attorney Shreepal “Shreeps” J. Zala founded the firm to help creative businesses and entrepreneurs fulfill their potential and keep their businesses profitable year after year. He firmly believes in the tenets of US intellectual property law and its design to encourage authorship and innovation by promising you the exclusive rights to your work. He believes the best way to make and keep your IP profitable is to protect it properly.
Attorney Zala was born in New Hampshire and raised near Philadelphia, PA. He attended Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and the Atlanta Institute of Music and worked for many years as a professional musician before receiving his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law. In his free time, he likes to read (almost anything), go to concerts, enjoy film, art, and food, experience new things, study positive psychology, and set new personal records. He will also recommend a good book if you remember to ask.
